42PF5521D/10 menu problem

Hi,
I have a 42PF5521D/10. I used to be able to scroll up and select a menu option with the right arrow (on the source screen). Up Down and right now don't work and i now cannot change the menu. the signal is getting through as the tv green led blinks. but the menu doesn't change? Any ideas.

Hello,
Have you tried scrolling using the set buttons? and do these work?
Sometimes a handset can give the appearance of working correctly,
but is not outputting the correct data pulses due to poor batteries etc.
Worth a check,
