LG 32LC46 No pic or sound

Hi i have two of these sets and both have the same fault. The sets both turn on but i have no sound or picture
i have changed a couple of caps but no luck, also i have had a look at the boards and both of them have already had the mods done in the factory already..Please can anyone give me any tips..Thx
