The TV does not stay on long enough to get any voltages...I cant get anything out of it it just clicks on and back off. Then starts the flashing sequence.

Have you checked for shorts using the master & slave as your diagram?

Yes mate checked but cant find a sc anywhere.

The only time when I can get a different reaction from the TV is when I shorted out the ssb to update the software with CompAir...(Which i havent got) and both the green and Red led illuminate and stay illumianted...it does say in the service manual not to leave it shorted for 2 long. apart from that I am still stuck
