Is this service manual site dodgy?

I was looking for a service manual for a JVC LT-26C31BJE (A set I might be buying)

I googled and found this site http://www.fixdevice.com/smanuals/file/45362.html

It claims to offer me the service manual to download.

BUT the link to download the file appears to want to download a .exe file.

Now I wasn't born yesterday, that just doesn't sound right? That sounds like a good way to load malware onto your PC.
