Hi,
On some models the default password is 0711.
You could also try a reset  - DISPLAY (or DIS/INFO), P.MODE, S.MODE, SLEEP,
then use 'E2P INT', to INITIALISE the EEPROM.
Regards
John.

hiya dave, think this is itMENU, 8, 8, 9, 3
or, handset keys 0,6,2,5,9,6 + 'DISPLAY' key. ( 'FAC' mode menu). Then select “Factory” item.
or, DISPLAY/INFO, P.MODE, S.MODE, SLEEP  -  USE 'E2P INT', TO INITIALISE THE EEPROM

Had a few similiar issues with different sets. Sometimes if the EEPROM can be located, it can be erased by hardwiring, powering up for a while, then powering down, remove the hardwiring, then powering up again.
