Hi guys

I have a Philips 37PFL5522d/05 with no text/red button function. I've factory reset and tuned without signal and then with, but no different.
The "press red" option doesn't show on screen which suggests no signal being recieved.
Any suggestions?

hi, done several with this fault update required to cure ,done with a pcmi memory card
