Hi all, I have a customers Blu-ray player that only shows something on screen for a few seconds via HDMI then goes and stays blank, turn it off and back on again, same thing, only shows for few seconds. Shows screen OK via the AV Phono connection. Have tried factory reset and installed latest firmware. Thanks
