The board I was enquiring about is in the last one under the metal cover,only stays on for a matter of seconds,

put all oridginal boards back in in to set and try disconnecting one side of caps c231/230 if set comes on faulty inerter discharge caps ..i think they are 650nf 5kv..

if you have changed the power supply and still same prob screen faulty one of
the ccfl tubes the inverter transformer is on the psu
there are some 5pf caps 5kv wkd near plug for screen cause this fault
but would seem strange that the psu you changed is giving same fault
