SLV-D950 Sony DVD VCR dead pulsating power

This is not my work however after putting in "Google" with this model number the problem was there,which is change CISS16/17/18 all caps on the 5Volt rail 2x 2200/10v and a 1000/10v. they will appear ok

-S/C on 24V line
-Replace all capacitors (2200uF) in PSU
-Capstain motor
