hello, we have in for repair an lg 42lf66, lamps light for one second then go out. 24 line ok, inverter enable pin remains at 5v0. it has had the ceratech chokes mods done, othe fault is not on the main circuit board so that leaves the inverter or lamp failure. have monitored the protect line from the inverter, seems ok.
even powered the inverter via ext psu

Here is small example of inverter board
What is mark with red its protection line and if you disconect one after another you can find whitch bulb faulty
And another way is conect load resistor 100kom 10Wat without lamp conected this way you can find what lamp is faulty
