I have a HP 42" plasma that failed after a power outage. It has snowy colored vertical lines for a picture (photo attached) (blue with white stripes for channel numbers for setup screen). I read that the YSUS and Y-drv top and bottom boards all need to be replaced for such a failure. Please comment, as that is $4-500 worth of boards.
