Haier HL32D1
« on: August 21, 2012,20:07:07 »
Hi there,
I've got a 32" Haier HL32D1 that's got a serious overscan problem. The menu mentions no way of turning it off, and the service menu (accessed by pressing menu -> 1 -> 9 -> 9 -> 9) is no help either. Has anyone successfully managed to disable overscan on this model? Would it be possible to flash the model with a new eeprom enabling this option?

Any help would greatly be appreciated, thank you in advance.

Hi Deba94,

Not seen many 'Haier' badged sets in the UK - what panels ? -  'Menu  1/9/9/9' doesn't ring many bells  ? - Chris
