Samsung LE37M87BD. Vertical & Horisontel coloured lines

Hi!
Having problem with this set. Samsung LE37M87BDX/XEE.
The PSU voltages are correct, after i change 3 blown caps (24V and 5V standby).
The problem still remains.

Could this be BGA ram problem? or even T-con?
