Also have problem with this psu,
17PW15-6, fault: going to stby after few minutes, tried most caps without success.

17PW15-8, fault: stby only

Appriciate any help

You prob have two 15nf caps faulty by the FETS in the top right hand corner. Very common fault. Usually blue in colour. C877 C878 from the top of my head.
