HI.
WIRD PROBLEM.
tv works fine when powering it off by remote to stby and try to operet it again no luck but can operet it by power button in front of the tv.
any reset or main?

I had a similar problem with another brand. No problem to start tv with remote, but then i
couldn't use the remote for 15 minutes.
Turned out that 5V was 0.3V to low. The capacity of psu cap was right, but had to high ESR.

Perhaps the cpu has locked up and corrupted the eeprom ? I would suggest try enabling the panel lock feature and then disabling it again! The panel lock is on page 24 of user manual.
Always try a sky remote with appropiate code in it to identify problem with remote?
