I would appreciate some help in obtaining a Service Manual for a Philips
50PF7320/10. This Plasma uses a Samsung S50HW-XD04 chassis.

Hi Vladimir,
Thank you for the Philips LC4.9E AA manual.  You have obviously met this HDTV before. The only problem I have is that I think the fault I have is with the Display, which obviously consists of the plasma screen and associated boards.  Do you know where I can obtain the manual for the display electronics?

Best regards,

Bob

hello to you, regarding your tv the only circuits available are the signals panel(s)
we are service agents for lg, sharp, tosh and hitachi and others and have direct internet accounts for all manualls and none of them include diagrams for the any of the screen drive pcb.s, ie. z sus, y sus y drive  or even the psu
we do extensive work on these boards but often the components are not available to repair the boards anyway
BUT who manufactured the screen itself, then i may be able to help you if yourre in the uk

Hi Tony,

Thanks for your message regarding the 50PF7320/10.
The screen is made by Samsung and the Model No is S50HW-XB038 and the screen module is S50HW-XD04  SDI.

The screen is giving a very strange image at power up, like a half sine wave brightness with colour at the bottom of the screen and random pixels illuminating. I can probably send you a shot of the screen if that helps.  By the way, yes, I am in the UK.

Regards,

Bob

Hi Vladimir,
Thank you very much for the plasma details - looks like it may be useful.
I am away from the office for a few days, so will investigate when I return.
Thanks once again for your kind assistance.

Best regards,

Bob

Hi Vladimir,

Thanks once again for the display diagrams, there are some slight differences as my chassis is a Samsung SDI type S50HW-XD04.
However, I think I have found the problem - the series zeners D5017 and D5018 on the Y Main board Assy.  LJ41-02317A are both short circuit.
Any way of finding these device types?

Best regards,

Bob

@Vladimir

Can you please upload to 2k6 manual again?
SDI_PDP_2K6_312278516381_EN.pdf

I cannot get the last link to work.  :unknw:

I got the Samsung PDP S50HW-XD03

I will start up, but shuts off again within 5-10 sekunds. Picture does not start up.
Then I will have to remove the ac plug and connect it again to start it again for 5-10 sek.

Thanks
