Philips SMPS Fault

Am working on Philips Plasma chassis LC4.9E AA its remains on standby, relays clicks on then goes back.
Someone should help me to diagnose the fault.

Check
-two relays on PSU
-C-8059 and C-8060
-audio amplifier
