Hi,

these symptoms are usually a faulty screen, if you are lucky it may be a faulty T-con board, worth trying if you can get a cheap one.

I wonder the picture was 1 week ago very good
The mistake came suddenly so I think it can be the T-con board
but also can be the mainboard on which is the scaler chip
This is the transmitter over lvds cable and the t-con board is the receiver
but there are digital signals not to measure easily!
thats the problem of all LCD-TVs

Sounds very like a screen ribbon fault ( I think toshiba refer to it as the tape package or something similar ) there was an old thread about placing foam strips on the ribbons to make them contact might be worth a read

Basically it involved using mounting tape the foam stuff with one adhesive side to force contact. You cut small strips the length of the ribbon then placed them over the top of the ribbon where it meets the glass. When the screen frame is refitted it compresses the foam onto the ribbon Creating contact. If you can get ahold of Andy from ohm supplies I believe they actually stock a pad kit for this now.
