TOSHIBA 20W330DB P/S 171PS07-2

Hi All
Does anyone have a circuit diagram for a Toshiba 20W330DB  P/S Board ref No 171PS07-2.
This power supply in the lcd i am working on is dead it also has a inverter problem?.
Any help would be much appreciated or help on where i could get the circuit diagram.
I have been looking every where on the net with no luck.
