Philips BDS4241v/00 Stuck on Standby

I have had this TV/Monitor for a long time and have the Power on and go straight into standby Problem.

Model Is    Philips BDS4241v/00

I also Noticed that on the back of the picture board there is a missing Surface mount capacitor and have no idea of the size that needs replacing

Does anyone have any ideas of the Fix for the power and possibly the capacitor or even a Schematic would be great.

Jordon, Thank you so much for the email, It helped me to Find out which SMD i needed...

i now need advice on the Power Board.....

I will do a search first on here and see if anyone has figured it out yet
