Help with broken Goodmans GTV42P6

Hi, has anyone got a manual for a GTV42P6?
Problem - No standby light on power up.  Will not come on.
Fuses checked.  Is there any known issues?

Hi

This model suffers from problems on the sub power board's +5V supply.  There is a kit available.
