sony plasma help me!

hi all techs.....

i have a sony plasma..model PFM-32C1E...
symtoms are green power light on as soon as you plug tv into mains and will not go into standby etc..no tv display just a green light upon power on.

any help appreciated.

thanks for the service manual...i got the symtoms wrong sorry..please see my edited fault on this set now.....plug in tv and get green power light right away but no life from the set..no display etc.

any ideas anyone.
