Friends, need help, Philips Plasma Tv 42FD9932/69S when switched on pictures comes on screen and switched off instantly, +5v, +8.6v, +-17v, +65v, +185V ok all cables cleaned of communication board but still the problem remains same and we have even checked with low resolution still problem remains same, Genuine advise will be helpfull....... Thanks.....!!!
