Nice wet Bank Holiday, so a quick look at this Goodmans. Apply power, red standby. Press ON, blue light, backlight OK, but no OSD, picture, or sound.
Remove inspection panels, ans all PSU voltages present and correct.
Any suggestions? Manual?
OldLes.

Not sure what make, but the PSU/Inverter is No. P02-AZO-MLT188H, and I think (I forgot to write it down) the signals board is this one (Ebay) 281111746337  (200-100-GF323XB-BH) which appears to be common to Bush and Grundig models.

We finally had another quick look at this Goodmans LCD.
The boards are as follows:
PSU.  Proview Technology Ltd. Model MLT198H (rev.16)
Main signals board.  200-100-GF323XB-BH
Tuner panel. 200-000-GF323XB-BH

To recap:--   Apply power, red standby. Press ON, blue light, backlight OK, but no OSD, picture, or sound.
Remove inspection panels, and all PSU voltages present and correct.

Any ideas, but especially a manual.
The boards look like this:--
