I got a used 32" tube TV, RCA brand, model F31672ET. After a couple days of using it, I noticed when it's cold (hasn't been used for few hours), it has a problem starting up. If I push the power button I can hear it try to turn on, but then it immediately shuts down. It takes about 3 times before it starts normally. After that it works without any problems. As long it stays hot, I can shut it down and turn it on again without any problems. I'm wondering why it's doing this and if there's anything that can be fixed to stop this from happening. Hope someone can help.
