Need help Toshiba 1435TLA (MCL 437f)

Hello,
I need advise on this tv. The prob is when I turned ON the tv, the pic and sound is ok but after a few seconds the color of the picture is slowly fading (until no color) and the sound is also fading just like poor reception of the signal. And then the signal is gone, blue screen only (same as if you have no antenna). But if I change the channel and return to the previous channel, the pic and sound is OK again and then the problem occur again.
Do I need to replace the tuner?
Pls advise.

I think fault is in the tuner
you can try resoldered patrs inside tuner
but better replaced :dirol:
