Panasonic TH-103PF10 problem

panasonic TH-103PF10 103" hi it has a line going through it and green around the line do you know what the fault could be ? here is a picture http://s973.photobucket.com/user/crischandran2008/slideshow/

Hi,
Probably display fault.
Attached troubleshooting guide shows some typical picture
faults and their possible causes.
