Hi.had this samsung in today...guy said it was stuck in standby....when switch on starts tripping/ pulsing.with screen flicker.

The Y and Z Sustain Boards (more simply called the YSUS and the ZSUS) are a serious weak point :03: :03:in ALL plasma televisions. Do a Google search for problems with plasma televisions or problems with

stick your meter on the va/vs test points see what your getting, get a service manual

Check the two 22ohm wirewound resisters ,one will be open circuit caused by the 6pin regulater 3BR1565JF ,Ihave had this fault a few times.
