LE40A686M1FXXU standby led flashing

hi,  i have a samsung LE40A686M1FXXU with standby led flashing, also quiet chirping from psu which is type, BN44-00197A SIP408A,
i have changed caps
    CM812
    CM809
    CM806
    CM804
    CM810
    CM808
but no joy! :03:
have heated remaining caps to melting point but fault remains,
any ideas anyone? regards andre

hi i don't know if this apply to this model, usually 40 inch samsungs when you replace the capacitors you have  to short the epprom out but

Try disconnecting everything from the power supply and leave only the mains going in. Do this before you try to distroy the eeprom.

hi, thanks for comments, the main av board number is mt8226 emma bn41 00974b, The difficulty I am having is sussing out which one of those eeproms is the one that's used to store the software i want to try and reset,  any help would be appreciated, andre
