Just managed to get my LTA320WT-L05 screen sorted out using the images found at various places including Russian site. Originally i had a slightly dark picture with very heavy ghosting on the images and excessive reds!
Basically it involved providing a link between the 'VON' on the side connector and a wire link to the main pcb on the top of the screen. This connection is normally 24V but the connection goes open circuit.
There must be two types of connection of the edge connector as you can see from the attached pictures.
The whole lcd was very carefully removed from the frame and inverted so that the pad could be carefully exposed using a stanley knife blade (be very careful as very delicate). Then with a careful hand and areas shielded using sticky foil the pad was soldered with an screen wire from a old laptop screen cable. The other end was normally soldered (again using sticky foil to prevent oversplash with standard small tip iron).
Success :)
Good luck :)
