sony kv29ls30u(fe2) blinks 12 times

i have this sony it works ok for a few hours then goes to st/by and blinks 12 times am i right in saying this is a scanrate error code and if so how is it put right or what part of the circuit would the fault be on.any advice appreciated

i looked all over this circuit but can find no r618 anywhere or any reference to where it should be so i put another loptx in it.it ran all morning ok put it back on in the afternoon worked ok for half hour then cut of and started blinking 2 code i got the diagram for the fe2 chassis and can see the r618 plainly on that but still cant find it on my chassis any ideas where to look now as i have run out of ideas.sometimes the tv will go for hours before going into this 2blinks and other times not very long am gratefull for any info
