Hello. I have a TV Set Phillips 42pfl7403h/10 chassis Q529.1ELA wich doesn't even get into standby and shows 2 blink error on front red led light. After reading service manual I've found that 2 blink error is related to main NVM. It says "Where there is n I2Ccommunication towards the main NVM, LAYER error 1 = 2 Will be displayed via the blinking LED procedure. In SDM, LAYER error 2 canbe 19. Check the loggingfor keywords like _ I2C bus blocked_". What does this mean? I'm not even sure, I,ve found correct error. It seems that can be entered in SDM but some other warrnings are that entering in SDM at cetain condiions can blow up ICs by 3.3V line. What can I do?

Regards

Check if left loudspeaker is high resistiv, check or replace cable inside loudspeaker box.
For testing purpose, conect equivalent resistance (10R) for the loudspeakers,if appliance is swiched on without loudspeakers

Jordan, Thanks for help. Yes, two red blink error means that back cover is removed and set doesn't sense loudspeakers because they are part of back cover. I've put it back and saw original WHITE LED blinking and then nothing happens. I've pushed mains button on set several times and didn't react. Finaly I've managed to put it on with pushing MAINS button and continous pushing P+ right after.. After that I' could puti it on standby and switch it on normaly till complete shut down (Power button on set or pulling a plug). Story happens again.
After that Jordan contacts me by mobile and he gave me some clues.
It was faulty Capacitor C2174 on powerboard 100nF 305V.
Now TV set lights up normaly. Thanks again Jordan
