Hi wondered if anybody can help me i have a Lg 50-pg3000 and 8" up from the bottom i have fuzz all the way along. I reckon it is the boards that are on the left side that are damaged as when i disconnect the ribbons it goes black with no image.

Hi,
Can't say I've seen this effect on a Plasma.
Possibly a control panel fault, (the small pcb in the
middle of the set, with various ribbon cables going to it).
Most common faults on the buffer boards are short-circuit IC's,
that stop the set working - not had one give this effect.
Regards.
