samsung le32r73bd sound ok but no osd backlight ok solved by Mr. jordan

  this set has the complaint of  no osd everything is ok except the osd, heard but nothing seen in the screen but the there is light on it, cheecked t-con the fuse is ok but other component are cold, don't know wheter it is a defective m.board or t-con board..pleasehelp

hi with lights out in a dark room shine a torch the screen, press menu see if you can see lt, if you can main board is ok

Check/replace 2,5V regulator U14 on T-con board
-check dry solder joints on CN4004
-resolder coil BD500 on main board
