Philips 42PFL5603D gone into protection

the t-con board on my Philips 42PFL5603D went faulty which was replaced but now need help as tv worked fine for over two week,s till this morning when i swiched it on and now going into protection mode as when power is pressed the tv try,s to turn on with relay click then with in a few seconds there a click then it shut,s power off no light till you unplugged mains then plug it back in

-check IC 7U0A (NCP5422AG) on left-rear side of signal board,for being temperature sensitive
-starts after heating up left hand side of the signal board-replaced SMD electrolytic capacitors on the signal board

hi guys still in need of info regarding this fault in tv going into protection I think?? as when it turns on there a click with white light (meaning tv on) then after a few seconds then a click again and all power go's dead no lights until I unplug from mains then plug it back in tv was working fine till it was unplugged for about a week not in use  :sign0085: :sign0085: :sign0085:
