Samsung LE32C530F1W (LCD), front control dead and no start

Hello,
by Blind factory reset same error remained.

IC402:
on pin 1,2,3 is no voltage
pin 2,7,8 = 3.3V
pin 5 = 0.9V
pin 6 = 1.5V

If Firmware or IC402 error has is Red LED power light flashes and at my Samsung LCD-TV RED LED power is without light??????

If ic402 is bad there is no red led.
If eeprom is corrupt it could be diffrent failure.
Depending of which part of the eeprom that is bad, it could give you
blinking led, only red led stby, only backlight.

Pin 2 of ic402 3.3 V ?
Time for eeprom reset ?

yes at pin 2 IC402 I measure 3.3V.
Is correct 1.8V to 2.2V????

What happens if I reset eeprom IC501? He is then empty ? Did I understand correctly should IC501 reset and no IC402?
After the reset is setting given?
How do I make exactly eeprom reset, pin 4,5,6 bridge and then turn on TV (how long)?

Can I write this firmware on the eeprom IC402?

must be given the same standby on IC501 be 3.3V??

Bridge pin 4 and 5 ic501 only ic501
Wait 20 sek. then open the bridge and close the TV off
if you are lucky then the eeprom is loaded with defaults values
and should start if it was  eeprom that was making the problem.
