TEACLCD4282FHD Stuck in Standby

Hi everyone, I need some advice please...

I have a TEAC LCD4282FHD currently stuck in Standby.  The unit consists of the following:

IPB747A ver 1.5 Power Supply Board.  Looks Caps look ok.  Output voltages are present for Mainboard connection, and look o.k.  Output for PSON=4.5v. (Outputs for +/- 5v, sit just over 5v.  Just over 12v is seen for the 12v output).  I've had no luck finding a schematic for it, so if anyone can point me to one, it would be appreciated.

The Panel is an LG - LC420WUF-SAA1

Digital Board PL.MS6M20S.2B interfaces between the main board and the TCON. (I haven't been looking at these yet).

Main Board is T.MSD306.8B.

Observations:
1. Standby Light is On - Solid (Red)
2. Power Supply does 'tick' once when mains switch is activated
3. Power Supply 'ticks' when the power connector to the main board is removed. (Is this normal when no load is encountered)?
4. There's a BK-ON connection between the mainboard & power supply.  This remains low. (Am I right in saying this should go high from the mainboard when we exit standby mode.

Any suggestions or known problems ? (I haven't found much from my research).

If anyone has a schematic for the p/supply or m/board....I'd be grateful.

Regards

Peter

Not so simple...done that.  I need to dig a little deeper.

Hi Peter,

Guess with a T.MSD panel of any sort, corrupt Eeproms are favourite for first bet - had a few, but no bin yet for your model.

All the best - Chris.

Replaced the MSD306.8b board with one from a NeonIQ Set....TV works...except for the Remote.  I guess the code & the ability to re-flash or update the board with the correct teac code would solve it 100%.

Ideas anyone ?
