Hi guys,Has anybody fitted one of these repair kits for the 5volt stby power supply?Are there any other problems that you are aware of?fitted mine according to fact sheet,but still no go .I think may be the little transformer may have suffered ,any idea what the primary/secondary windings should read ohms wise? or if there is a circuit available anywhere.Seem to be havin a week of head scratching this week.

HI, if you go to the ohm supplies site,it tells you the resistance of the transformer. I don't know if they supply it. Hope this helps.

Hi Maff

Yes the transformers can cause a problem.  If you are very careful you can remove your transformer and resolder the broken wire which usually become disconnected when the FSD200 blows.
