Hello. I've had trouble with AOC 22K097 LED TV. Power supply 715G3895-P0A-H20-002H burns out SMD Resistor R936. After inspection I thought that IC 904 is faulty (RT8482GS
http://www.datasheetlib.com/datasheet/948276/rt8482gs_richtek-technology.html). By searching thru eBay I've found similar board 715G3895-P01-L03-002H from USA. and I wasn't careful at first at the difereces betwen them. So when I plug it in, TV worked fine for 2 to 3 minutes then one of the big filter capacitors on a HOT side pops and the other heats up. I've quickly disconected it form mains, knowing mistake I've done. I,ve pluged 110V board on 220V outlet!!
Because of similarity between boards I want to rebuild 110V board into 220V board.
I've already replaced two filter capacitors 100uf 200V with 39uf 450V and recirtifier bridge from one board to another. I've also spoted diferrence in size of L903 and I Will swap them. Tere are also diferences at 2 cheramic capacitors near bridge recertifier on 220V and FB902 and FB903 right behind mains plug in conector on 110V board. What should I do with them?
But the biggest question remains, what about a T901 transformer? It is the same on both boards!! I'm little puzzled, cause after replacing only this elements, I will get approx. 400V on filter capacitors and that is not right. Can somebody please look thru shematics if I forget something?
Probably the easiest way would be buying 220 to 110 adapter on mains, but that is only emergency exit, cause I need to buy it along with special dimensioned filter capacitor witch I blew out and that takes time.
