Sanyo won't turn on

Hi. I'm suffering with a Sanyo CES32 WSD7. The power supply is a Vestel 17PW 15-9. When switched on at mains, the blue light comes on at the front, but nothing else happens by using the remote or side buttons.
Some voltages seem to be up and running, 24v 12v 4.7v and 3.3v. Various caps have been changed after reading other posts on this site. Would really appreciate any help anyone can provide. Thanks, Henry.

hi did you change the 2 caps behind the transformer c877/c878 15nf 630v

Thanks for your help Shaun, I have just replaced the PS, 17PW15-9, but things are still the same. Thanks to Jordan also, who has supplied the schematic. I'll have a look to see if any inputs are missing now I can see what should be what....  I'll be back,  Henry.
