Check F-1 (1,6A) on T-con board

Hi Chris,

Have to be thinking DG (Main) board. Every Pana I've ever come across with a solid green LED but NPNS has always been the Main Board. I'm open to being proved wrong.

See you've dipped out again on an Order of Australia, as have I. Ah well, always next year.

Hi Bruce,

Guess I was lucky for 'twas just the T-con fuse. I was puzzled that no Scart input gave me sound, but discovered set was switched to Freesat where perhaps it doesn't auto-switch.

Guess you're right, as although Heros in a very small pond we ain't yet princes nor dukes as Quuq gives no further improvements - Chris.

PS - Wouldn't mind being a Duke, like Ellington, or even a King, like Oliver. Trouble was that was ejected from a jazz band in the early 60's, as had no abilility whatever, so went for tv mending.
