Technica LED 40-E271 LED fault
« on: May 13, 2015,08:17:16 »
Is there a CPU reset for this Tesco Telly?

I can get the blue LED to come up but will not switch off... and no back lights yet there is 24V going to the LEDs, now then if I pull the plug marked 'inverter' on the main board with just two wires on and reinsert it sometimes brings the back light and picture up... but not always.

On the odd occasion it will power up normally.... Is this a new screen job? I'm thinking the LED inverter regulators may be at fault, never stripped the screen on a LED telly.

Pls check if Backlight ON voltage of about 3v or 5v from av-main board is present and stable.
