philips 22pfl3404h/12 keeps flashing colors, red, green, blue...

Hello Everybody

after turning this set off then on, only flashing colors could be seen in the screen, switching blue, red, white, without stop, the front led of the tv just switch from standby (red) to (green) when turn on,
 please help solve this issue..

That sounds like it's self-generating test patterns for display checking. Software issue. Will be the SSB
(Main) board.

How to upgrade software into empty Flash IC for TPM2.1ELA

The programmed IC, used on pos no. U391, cannot be ordered anymore.
Therefore you need to do a manual software upgrade when you replace it with a new empty IC.

Please follow the next steps to upgrade the firmware after the faulty/damaged programmed IC is replaced with a new empty IC.
Order code of a new empty IC is 996510033004 (NAND128W3A2BN6E), and has pos. no. U391 on the SSB board.

Upgrade sequence:
1. Unzip and copy the attached firmware file (*.pkg) to an USB thumbdrive.
2. Modify the software filename to “upgrade.pkg” (e.g. change the filename from "PS_CLICK_MP2_M5-V2_11_3_1_091211.pkg" to "upgrade.pkg").
3. Insert the USB thumbdrive to the TV's USB port. (as shown in picture 1).
4. Turn the main power supply "off" (unplug mains cable). Then turn it "on" again (after ~ 5sec) and switch "on" the TV.
5. Now tV will upgrade by itself after detecting the USB thumbdrive and the content of the pkg file.
    Note: TV’s red LED will flash during upgrade process.
6. TV will reboot by itself after the software upgrading is completed.
7. Remove the USB thumbdrive from TV.
