hi, I have a bush Dled32165hD TV, when powered on the power led flashes and stays on red, it will not turn on. I've looked at the psi board but no bulging capacitors, I've also tried pressing the power button on the remote for about a minute father unplugging and plugging the power cord to the current but no changes.
Any advice will be highly appreciated
