Lg 37lg3000 No Picture / No Sound

Hi I have a Lg 37lg3000 TV Which when you press the On/Off button the stand-by light flashes three times then the back-light comes on with no picture or sound.Can any body help me with this set please.


I have uploaded a picture of the PSU and the Av Board...If this helps

On main board check IC1102 for dry joints

Error code 3
Replace IC105 (memory) 24C512
No 24V at inverter board-replace two FETs on inverter board

EVILMRB:
Invertor working fine.
