Hi All Have a Samsung UE40F5500 Not coming on red light blinking tryed unpluging main board from psu the leds come on flashing rapidly, took screen apart to have closer look and all leds are lighting up flashing .The supply voltages look ok not varying ,any ideas very welcome

Hi Al,
So far you have eliminated the main board and probably the LED backlights from being the cause of the problem. Just leaves the IP board. Have you monitored voltages such as INV-ON (=BL-ON), PWM and ERR. May give a clue. Bruce

As you can see in the index there are more than 88 pages only for led tv
someone reduced the whole to 26 pages!The most is missing!!
Hope that someone can upload complete!

Many thanks for all info got back to check voltages today 13v rail is gone low only 7.5 v and backlights are off now, looks like power supply is the problem,have gone round checking components but no joy,might chance ordering a panel ,
