Hi , a 17PW20 V1 power board in a waltham 32"lcd tv , standby light on and off constantly , any help would be appreciated.

check the two 15 nf 630 volt caps behind large transformer top left of power supply one or both reaad low causes non start or on /off action normaly blue or grey in colour avialble from ooem supplies donot be tempted to use old one from other supplies as same faults will occure also small transistor and low value caps go on this board & other versions this kit available from oem supplies.buggsy
