i have this set repaired six ago n retuns with the same fault
mdel kv sw21m50 R827 open would to have help if anu guys knows why this resistor opens

but i need to know why this r827 just opens
is there any fault blows this resistor

Actually it is a 2 watt fusible resistor, used as current limiter. So use proper rated resistor. In spite of this if it burns again, FBT or deflection yoke might be faulty. Keep set on for few seconds & switch it off, then touch hout transistor see if it is abnormally hot!
