How to remove Spring Loaded Sony TV Main Board - Boing!

Can any one help please.I want to remove the main board from a Sony KD55X8005C. I have removed all the visible screws on the board but it is still very firmly fixed to the TV. The board has a heatsink and a white plastic rectangle that have spring load plastic things holding them on to the main board. I have tried pressing these in and moving them about but I just cant figure out how to remove them. I think there may be more screws under these or the spring loaded plastic things some how connect to the TV. Please tell me how to remove the board. The board number is 1-894-595-11

You will find that under the main board - between it and the metal back cover of the display - is a rubbery block of heat transfer material.


This becomes a bit adhesive, so give the board a slight rotary twist or two to break the seal.         Bruce
