      This set is completly dead i have no manual and there are no voltage marking on the board, I have changed all the caps in the secondary supplies with no results can anybody give me some help Please.Cheers

Hi kbs
Posted a couple of faults on this site for a Swisstech J32 LCD tv with a FSP212-3F01 power board. Situation sounds similar to yours- after replacing the electrolytics the set was still dead. The information on it is in the faults area of this site. If yours is the same model no led illumination indicates the 'always' 5 volt line is missing. Check out this area as described in fault posts. Good Luck.
